I loved how close the hotel is to Alexandra Park, just over a kilometer away, making it easy for leisurely walks, and the central location also means the historic Eastgate Clock is not far, perfect for capturing some iconic city photos during my stay.

Modern room, modern amenities, with a huge bed and an indoor swimming pool. the staff provided wonderful service, making our stay feel special and the location was conveniently close to the city center for easy exploration.

The king room was super comfy with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a nice seating area. The bathroom had complimentary toiletries, a hairdryer, and heated towel racks. Spa facilities included an indoor swimming pool, massages, and body treatments. Breakfast had a great selection including freshly made pastries and various fruits.

Consider using the outdoor thermal pool for a refreshing swim before breakfast. it's often quiet and relaxing.

We had an amazing anniversary stay—loved the warm cookie welcome, but wish the gym had been more spacious. Spa costs were a downer, but the room was perfect and clean! Would definitely return!

Ideal for a family getaway

Check in was fast and friendly, the room was clean and spacious. The breakfast options were good with plenty of choices, but honestly, the staff at the restaurant? They were so sweet and attentive, giving me that extra care that makes you feel special. I had a delightful chat with the chef who prepared my breakfast, and he went out of his way to make a fantastic omelette just how I liked it. That's attention to detail, people! !

It wasn't the cheapest stay around, but considering the service, it was still acceptable for what I got.
